La Herradura (“the horsehoe” – named after the shape of the hill) is a growing heartfelt project with around a 72 caves in a historic cave complex. These are being carefully restored to preserve their traditional charm while creating a conscious minimalist living environment.<\/p>\n

I was born in Cologne in 1986 and grew up in the countryside. A few years ago, I followed the sun and emigrated to Andalusia. Here, I was entrusted with a mountain full of caves to transform an old place into something new, vibrant and healing. Today, it is a place of encounter, deceleration and inner reflection – nestled in the silence and beauty of Andalusian nature.<\/p>\n

In my practice, I combine body and energy work with systemic constellations – accompanied by my sensitive animals, who provide support during the energy work.<\/p>\n
